A few fun facts about me...

I live in sunny San Diego, CA. I enjoy the water; boogie boarding, stand-up paddle boarding and boating with friends. I love warm sunny mornings where I hang out on my back porch waking up with an iced coffee and listening to our hummingbird's chirp as they buzz around, dive bombing each other. I'm also the proud mom to two amazing sons, I'm a wife, and a cat mom to a bossy but sweet tuxedo named Jeebs. I love, love to travel. I enjoy gardening and appreciate my worm composter beyond measure! It helps my tomatoes grow big and tasty. I also love taking pictures with my phone. Some of you So Cal residents may even recognize this art installation in this pic. I'm a hack, but I love it!

A few facts about me professionally...

In my career I've been an art therapist for 25+ years, I hold an MA in Art Therapy from the AATA accredited program at Marylhurst University in Marylhurst, OR. I have been an Instinctual Trauma Response® Specialist for 5+ years; I received my certification from the ITR Training Institute founded by Dr's Louis Tinnin and Linda Gantt in 2019. Additionally, I'm also an instructor with the ITR® Training Institute and co-created the ITR Trauma Informed Coaching Course.
My experience includes working with civilians and veterans in person and via telehealth, both privately and in a local San Diego mental health facility; and I've served clients locally, nationally and internationally. What I love most about my job is helping people realize they are their very own best healer, where they become empowered and reconnect to themselves and begin to live their best lives.
If you're curious about how I can help you, reach out anytime. I look forward to hearing from you.
